It's Official!

In the eyes of China, this beauty is officially ours! I was a little worried about Gracie going back to the Civil Affairs office, but I had nothing to worry about. She was a little nervous when we got there, but she never cried or got upset.

Richard took her to play in the playroom for a little while, so I thought I'd post some pics. She is such a ham! She had no problem with her big bow :) and every time she gets dressed, she has to go check herself out in the mirror. So funny!

She truly is a beauty. She is the happiest child I've ever seen. And "chunky monkey" is an accurate description. She weighs a ton!! And you should see her hiney hanging out of the panties I brought! The complete opposite of Wesleigh!

She did sleep all night, which was a true blessing! This evening, we are going to find a McDonalds :) I have truly enjoyed the Chinese food this trip, but sometimes a french fry can do a soul good :)

It is unbelievable how she is transitioning. If a stranger were to see these pics, they would never in a million years know she just met yall 2 days ago. God is so good!!

She is so photogenic so I can't wait to see photo shoots of the two china dolls together. I love that she hams it up in front of the camera. Her personality is so precious!!

Oh, she is such a beautiful little girl! Love the wink. She looks so cute in that pink dress and darling hairdo. No doubt she loves that blonde Barbie because it looks like her new Mama!

She is just beautiful!! We were in that same Civil Affairs office and same hotel just three years ago adopting our little Carissa. We also have a "chunky" little Hunan girl. She was 24 lbs. when we got her at 12 months and she is still a solid and tall girl at the age of 4 (almost). Pray she continues to do well. Seems like she is adjusting just beautifully.
