Travel Confirmed!!
We got confirmation today that we will be leaving a week from Friday, Aug. 12!! It is amazing how one little email can transform your mood from calm to sheer panic!! Today has been a bit frantic getting plane reservations and travel details! So fun!!
And...God has given me confirmation on our decision about Wesleigh! She has been so needy and crabby today. It reminds me why we made our decision in the first place!!

We, too, are looking forward to our time alone in China :) We will miss the rest of 'em terribly, but will love loving on our Ruby by herself!
And don't feel bad about it - those that are caring for your kids in your absence are "doing their part" in caring for orphans - let them gift you with that service. Having been on both sides of the blessing, I know that's exactly what it is!
AWESOME, so very happy for you all!!! We are taking Madeline and John David with us since we don't have anyone to care for them that long and I'm sorta dreading it:) It won't be dull!

I am so happy for you and your family. We are in the process right now of adopting from China. We just submitted our Waiting application and the agency just got our home study today. I am so excited to see who god has to be our little girl. May God keep you safe as you travel and bless you and your family.
