10 days...REALLY?!?!

I cannot even believe that Christmas is only 10 days away!! I still have so much to do! There are gifts to be bought, nothing has been wrapped, and my house is a wreck! Richard's family is coming Friday so that gives me 2 days to get everything done!! 2 days!! Yes, in case you're wondering...I'm freaking out!!

I have been so distracted this season. I am working on a very important project that is consuming alot of time. I will share it with you all soon. Unfortunately, it is making it very difficult to get anything done.

Of course, the one thing that does happen everyday is that Wesleigh is dressed for the season! Today, we got many oooohhh's and aaaahhhhh's over this little outfit. I actually bought this on clearance a few years ago. I totally lucked out that it fit her this year!! (and I happened to have that bow in the closet already!!)

She is pointing at the Santa on the stocking. Miss W has not been so agreeable when it comes to taking pictures lately. She will look anywhere except the camera! We're going to have to figure out a way to change that!!

Hope you are all doing better on the "chores" of the season than I am!!

Oh my goodness, that outfit takes the cake!!! So precious! Can't wait to hear about your secret project. The suspense is killing me. Just breathe. Somehow you will find a way to get it all done and I'm sure your Christmas will be amazingly unforgetable!

I am not sure how us "mom's" got nominated to produce this whole holiday called Christmas??? I just know if feels overwhelming, exhausting, and makes it hard to enjoy....I am so trying to soak it in and enjoy the moments, but I tell you it is hard when you know the list is just growing instead of getting smaller!!!

Good luck and the good news is that it usually all gets done and what doesn't we figure out it was that important anyway:)

Hmmm, a project?? :-)

Oh, what a fabulous season this is!!

And I LOVE the outfit!!! SO stinking cute!!

I am thinking you could try bribery with WJ. If Mya does a good photo shoot for me, I am not above buying her a new Little Mermaid doll or some Squinkies. Or ice-cream :) Or let her stay up late or sleep downstairs (ooohhhhhhh!!) Yeah, we TOTALLY utilize bribery in our house :-) Of course, Mya's not two anymore!

Wesleigh looks very festive indeed, sweet and adorable as always. This bob cut suits her really well, but when i look at her little face, i was wondering, hmmm, how would she look with short fringe? hmmm, wondering ...

Merry Christmas!! Ho ho ho!

She is darling and the Santa overalls...too cute!

Have you tried reverse psychology when taking photos..."don't look at Mommy. don't look at the camera."

Not always a good thing to start but maybe a last resort :)
