Looks Just Like Me :)
Don't you think?? Wesleigh has just started drawing stick people and this is her first drawing of me :) I love it. Cade always loved to draw (he was my only one), and he has really enjoyed drawing with Wesleigh. Gracie is interrested a little bit, but doesn't like to sit still as long ;)

There is something so PRECIOUS about our kids first "stick people"! Bre drew a pic of me a few months ago. The pic displayed me with arms protruding from either side of my head with cute little "circle hands", (Tyra Banks) MODEL like legs, ears like (Will Smith), a hairless head like (Telly Savalas) and a smile like the (Cheshirecat) on Alice in Wonderland!! Hey....but I was "cute"!! HA!!! That picture STILL hangs on my "fridge"!

I just love that! It deserves a place of honor!
When our boys came here at ages 4 and 6 from Detroit I gave them each a blank piece of paper and some crayons and you know what? They didn't have a CLUE how to color! Even coloring books were a bit foreign to them. It took months for them to learn how to color and draw on blank paper!
A beautiful masterpiece!! You should be proud that this is how she see's you...and you're smiling. :)
I love that she has drawn such a big smile on your face. Interesting to see the very round eyes she drew on you,too. And such long legs!

I always loved it when my kiddos would draw me, especially when they would draw me skinny. Right now, baby girl insists that the Cinderella on her pullups is ME!!! Can you believe that? She thinks I look like Cinderella, Is that precious or what?
