The Weekend....Already?

So...it's Friday, and I'm just now posting about LAST weekend. UGH... I guess there was a longer baseball hangover this week :) I enjoyed my weekend without the girls, but it could have been better. The girls did great with my parents, but we froze at the ballpark. I was hoping to get a little sun on my white, pasty body...but that was not to be. Instead, I sat huddled in blankets with my propane space heater at my feet. Still, I was so grateful to be able to sit still and watch baseball instead of toddlers! The boys didn't do so well, even so, I completely lost my voice. Then on Sunday, I was hit by a foul ball right on top of my head! I always knew I had a hard head...it's now confirmed.

 These are with my new lens :) I didn't really get to try it out because I was too cold to get out of my chair!!

 

 I got a text Monday morning saying there was someone who wanted to come see my house in 30 minutes. (Yes, it's for sale, but we're not expecting to be going anywhere). HA! 30 minutes???? And on a Monday???? My answer was "absolutely NOT"! Instead they scheduled a time for today. I have literally spent the entire week cleaning this house. Having that appointment was the best thing that could have happened. It forced me to clean out all the deep, dark holes around here...aka the laundry room, my closet, the girls' closet (I could go on!)

 I ended up getting another call yesterday asking if they could come yesterday evening instead. We had a mad dash to finish everything and now my house is spotless. Well, it was for about 30 minutes last night! Oh well...such is life! So, it's Friday again and we're gearing up for another baseball weekend. Both boys are playing in different cities. This time, Richard is taking one and my dad is taking the other. The girls and I will just hang out here.  Maybe I'll be able to catch up on everyone's blogs.  I have not had any computer time this week!
