As some of you may know, LSU won the BCS last night. Yesterday, everyone in town was wearing purple and gold. We were no exception. Here we are decked out in our team colors:
The game didn't start until after 7:00, and the kids had to get up to go to school today, so we let them stay up until half-time. We did, however, have our own little tailgate party. They feasted on popcorn, pretzels, coke, and chocolate chip cookies. They thought they were in heaven. They even called Maw Maw and Paw Paw to come over, but gave them strict orders that they had to wear purple and gold. Here are some pictures of our tailgate party:

In the end, our team came through, and every Tiger fan is happy today.
You want to know the REAL reason I'm happy today? My kids are back in school!!!!!!

I agree with your comment about Kevin and Richard- they do have a very similar look. I too love Kev in a gotee but he goes back to work next week (he has been off for 11 months after breaking his hip last Feb) and only can sport a mustach not a gotee (he is a cop). I hate the look of the stach- I think he looks like a porn star so he just clean shaves when he is working. But I do miss the gotee. You see, we both have exceptional taste in men- dont we!

When Jeff was putting on the game last night he wondered if you all were at the game? Nate loves the Buckeyes, but he was the only one who was disappointed, the rest of us were for LSU.
