Paw Paw Came for a Visit

My mom and dad drove over one afternoon to meet Kim, Diana and the girls. They fell in love with Diana and Kim through my blog (and vice versa) when we were in China. The girls immediately fell in love with my dad and flocked to him. What you don't see here is Wesleigh pulling them off of him because she was jealous ;) It was pretty cute!

Kate is paperclipping a "name tag" that she made to his shirt. They were sweet enough to babysit that evening so the 3 big girls could go out to dinner. It was SO nice to be able to sit and have a conversation without someone yelling "mommy!!"

Thanks Maw Maw and Paw Paw!!

Yes, a big ditto from me and Kate too. Kate ADORED you both (and so did I). She does not have a Paw Paw and it made my heart fill with joy to see how much fun she had with both of you!

Linda, I just loved your sweet and gentle nature too. Thank you so much for watching the girls. Kate loved every second of it (and so did I).

We drive by your neck of the woods every now and then and I sure hope to see you both again soon.

It was so much fun to meet all of you. All of the girls were so very precious. Now that we met all of you, I can't wait to follow your blogs more closely. Wish we all lived closer too!

Dianna and Kim,

It was wonderful meeting the two of you and all of your girls. I really enjoyed our short visit and the girls were wonderful. They all really seemed to enjoy each other. I was surprised that they warmed up to us so quickly - I guess Wesleigh paved the path for them and they just all followed her. Hopefully we will meet again in the future. I pray that the Lord continue to guide and encourage you and your family as your girls grow older and sweeter as the years go by.

Ditto what Kim said! What a blessing to meet Jen's amazing parents in "real life!" Wish we were closer, so our girls could grow up playing hide and seek with you! Thank you again for babysitting so we could have a lovely (and quiet) dinner together!

Hugs from Minnesota (where today it is too cold for you already!!)
