There's a New Rule!
When I was young, "new rules" were quite common. There would be an announcement, There's a new rule!". Well, history repeated itself today as I informed these two that Mama has a new rule! To try to get ready in the morning with these two around is impossible if you want to keep your sanity. The whole time they are digging in drawers, and even worse...my closet.
So the new rule is this:
"While Mommy is getting dressed, you are not allowed to come on the white floor. When I'm ready, then it's their turn."

I need a new rule in my house too! One Sunday when I was getting ready for church Madeline kept getting into everything and I stopped and started my makeup 400 times. We were sitting in church and it dawned on me that I may not have finished...I turned to Hank and asked him if I had my makeup on and he died laughing.... One eye had makeup and mascara and the other didn't! Haha. He now makes sure I can at least get makeup on on Sunday mornings:)

I can still hear Ralph sitting you all down and saying "we have a new rule" and your little voices repeating "it's a new rule!!" Ha!
My new rules usually work well for....about a week and a half and then I must cave. Imagine that! Love the "real" girls photo...adorable.
