I took this picture yesterday because I love the way these flowers fall to the ground and cover it with a "pink snow". I'm afraid this is the closest thing we'll ever have to snow around here. The boys were talking about snow on the way to school today, asking how old they were the last time it snowed here. Bryce was 5, Braden was 3, and Cade was about 9 months. Braden says, "I remember it well. I was asking you how to make a snowball." He's probably right, but I don't remember so well these days :)
Still getting ready for the party, but feeling more like it will all get done. I ran around yesterday doing errands, and am doing the same today, but tomorrow might be the "clean the house day". Whoo Hoo!!! Tis the Season!!

So you are in a place that doesnt get snow much either. We will get fluke snow here and it will stay for a couple hours but it is fun when it comes. We had it about 2 or 3 years ago-- before mia came home and it was so fun. We had a snow ball fight in the middle of our street. Hope you guys enjoy the snow!!
Christy :)
We see ice more than snow..we can get some pretty bad ice storms..wish we got more snow though! With an inch around here our town shuts down!
Love the picture..that's just beautiful!
I love the picture. It's beautiful. I wish it would snow here too.. We'll see. :)
I love your pink snow! Sure beats the 21" our neighbors saw this past weekend :)
I would gladly take your beautiful pink snow. I keep telling my husband I want to move south.
Come on up here to Michigan my Southern Sister...we've got some real snow...too much of it :)
Maybe if I brought that bush up here, the sun would come back...what do you think?
The snow is fun the first time it falls and all the kids are out of school.....but after the third or fourth snow storm in a month....it gets a little old!!
I think I prefer that light pink "snow" that you have to the white fluffy stuff we get up here!!
Have a great week:)

We live in NC, and we don't see much snow either. We are actually heading to the mountains this weekend to take the boys snow tubing just so they can play in it for a while! One of my best friends lives in Ruston, LA so I know exactly what you mean when your boys talk about not seeing the snow. Her church actually had snow brought in last year just so the kids could play for the afternoon. I prefer the pink stuff myself though! :)
LOL....it is snowing the real white stuff out there tonight here!! :) It is beginning to look a lot like Christmas! :)
