Boy Stuff

Some of you might not appreciate this, but I had to document what the boys were up to while the girls and I were traveling :)  Richard is getting all of them mounted, and we will have lots of sausage!!



They had a great trip and I'm thrilled that they were able to spend a week together.

Last of Denver

These are the last pics of our trip, I promise.  I just couldn't leave them out!  Wesleigh helped Madelyn bake a cake the night before Thanksgiving.  I think they had a little bit of fun :)  That cake was super yummy too!!!

A Real Tea Party

When we were in Denver, we spent one afternoon having a fancy teaparty at a gorgeous hotel downtown.  We all loved it, but the girls especially loved it!  They used their tea party skills to make sure that pinky stayed up.  They got alot of practice because they loved the tea!

Where's the Snow?

We took off this morning to the mountains to try to find some snow for the girls to play in.  It has actually been colder in Louisiana this week than it has been here in Denver this week!  I am not complaining!  After an hour drive into the mountains, it became apparent that we would not be finding any snow without a much longer drive.  We ended up turning up around and heading back home.  Wouldn't you know...when we drove into the neighborhood, we found a patch of snow that was perfect for the girls to play in.  They had a blast and we didn't freeze at the same time!  Perfect!!















I cannot even tell you how much snow Gracie ate today.  She made snowball after snowball and ate the whole thing!




I love all of these pics.  Madelyn started throwing the snow in the air and when I discovered what the sun was doing to it in my camera, I was very excited!










I am in love with these two shots.  Madelyn was just goofing off, but I think these are gorgeous.

Sunday Snapshot {Pure Joy}

These are a few pics from Thanksgiving. I love this series and the joy that is oozing out of these two girls. They had more fun jumping in that pile of leaves and stirring up dust. They were filthy, and very happy!  :)

Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving!  I have so much to be thankful for, not the least of which, are these two turkeys.



The girls have been singing their thanksgiving songs for weeks. They are the same songs the boys sang when they were in preschool, and I love them. It is so much fun to hear them all again. Of course, girls add an extra special flair than the boys did :) This was my 6th Thanksgiving feast at this school. I can't believe it's my last :( Both girls had a great time, and as you can imagine, Gracie did not fail to entertain!
